Özay Emert




Aquesta joiera turca, amiga de la Paula Lindblom, viu actualment a Göteborg on l’any passat va acabar els seus estudis de joieria. En el projecte “Either seem as you are or be as you seem” s’inspira en la seva herència cultural turca. Crea mòduls que a partir de lleis geomètriques la condueixen a la construcció d’aquestes peces on buit i ple s’equilibren i on res es deixa a l’atzar.

This Turkish jeweler, a friend of Paula Lindblom, lives in Göteborg where last year she finished her jewelery studies. In the “Either seem as you are or be as you seem” project, she draws inspiration from her Turkish cultural heritage. She makes these pieces by creating modules and applying geometric laws. Positive and negative space are in balance and nothing is left to chance.
